For my entire adult life I fought the
weight battle so many are familiar with. I tried everything!
Low carb, low fat, hypnosis, pills, shakes, tabloid diets,
fasts, support groups and every diet plan on the market.
At nearly 350 pounds I had trouble walking.
I had outgrown most plus size clothing stores. I felt desperate
and powerless to stop eating. And I was still gaining, daily.
On October 4, 2001, I joined Weight Watchers®,
again, and began a journey that would change my life, resulting
in a loss of 14 sizes, 4 ring sizes, 1-1/2 shoe sizes and
212 pounds.
